Senior Project Manager( Civil & Interiors)

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager – Interior & Civil to lead end-to-end execution of high-end interior fit-out and civil projects. The ideal candidate will bring 5–6 years of extensive experience in interior, civil, and MEP project management, with the ability to manage teams, vendors, and client relationships with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out and civil projects from inception to completion.

· Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

· Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

· Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines.

· Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and proactively resolve issues.

· Manage procurement activities and track timely delivery of materials and equipment.

· Organize and lead project meetings, status briefings, and team coordination sessions.

· Maintain all necessary project documentation, reports, and compliance records.

· Report project milestones, financials, and risk factors to senior management.

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5–6 years’ hands-on experience in managing interior, civil, and MEP projects.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, MS Project, and project execution drawings is preferred.

· Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.

· Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
