Senior Project Manager - APS

Responsibilities

• Automate manual tasks by scripting, tooling & process improvements
• Drive transformation strategies involving IT infrastructure & IT applications
• Implementing new technologies or processes to improve efficiency
• Monitoring system performance and capacity levels to ensure high availability of applications with minimal downtime
• Investigating any service disruptions or other service issues to identify their causes
• Conducting capacity planning to ensure that new technologies can be accommodated without impacting existing users
• Conducting post-mortem examinations of failed systems to identify and address root cause
• Accountable for improvements in service and presentations for all governances and steering committees

Technical Competencies

• Knowledge & Work experience as

  Site Reliability Engineering / Dev-Ops / Application Production Support / Development

  background
• Good domain knowledge on application on Banking domain
• Strong knowledge ( 1 ) DevOps methodology & related toolsets ( 2 ) Cloud based applications/services
• Strong Distributed Computing & Database technologies skillset
• Some implementation experience on Dynatrace (or) any other monitoring tool
• Ability to work with various APS, Development, Operations stakeholders, locally & globally
• Practical knowledge of Change, incident & problem management tools
• Strong analytical skills

• Development experience will be advantageous
