Senior Project Engineer

We are looking for an organized and dynamic Project Engineer to manage and coordinate project activities from client discussions to final dispatch. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between clients, vendors, and internal teams—ensuring smooth project execution within defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, technical details, and timelines.
• Prepare and submit technical offers, quotations, and project proposals in coordination with the engineering and sales teams.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, purchase, and dispatch) for project planning and execution.
• Prepare and monitor production timelines, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards.
• Track dispatch projections and ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
• Maintain up-to-date records of project progress, materials, and delivery status.
• Ensure that project deadlines and commitments are met—both internally and with vendors.
• Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and take proactive measures to resolve them.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
