As a Senior Project Delivery at Kazam EV Tech, you will play a crucial role in being the trusted advisor for our global clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients achieve their business objectives by leveraging Kazam's solutions effectively, right from a seamless onboarding experience to achieving measurable ROI. This role requires a combination of relationship management, strategic consulting, and problem-solving skills to assist customers in succeeding and expanding their businesses with us. Your key responsibilities will include owning the entire post-sales journey for enterprise clients, leading onboarding processes, providing product training, and developing adoption strategies tailored to each client's specific market and goals. You will act as a strategic advisor by understanding client needs, anticipating challenges, and proactively offering solutions. Collaboration with product, engineering, and integration teams is essential to deliver impactful outcomes. Monitoring account health, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels will be crucial in driving retention and expansion efforts. Conducting quarterly business reviews to showcase the value delivered and keeping clients engaged with product innovations and best practices are also part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, preferably in SaaS, mobility, or clean-tech industries. Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise relationships globally, excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach, and the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential. Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools is required, and any exposure to EV charging, mobility, or sustainability sectors would be a bonus.
