Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Program Officer located in Koraput. The Senior Program Officer will oversee the implementation of child care programs, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve program objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating program outcomes, providing support for adoption processes, facilitating transition programs for independent living, and advocating for policy support. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication to drive systemic and sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Program Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation skills
• Experience in Child Care and Adoption Processes
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration skills
• Strong Leadership and Strategic Planning skills
• Effective Communication and Advocacy skills
• Ability to work on-site in Koraput
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Child Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in NGO or social work settings is beneficial
