Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical project management for ADAS sensor technologies.
Coach project and program management teams to ensure successful deliveries.
Drive innovation and ensure value-add in all topics as an Extended CoC team.
Ensure steady growth of business based on a target roadmap.
Foster high levels of motivation and satisfaction within teams, including team development and career path planning.
Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction both in Germany and involved markets.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in ADAS components & systems.
Proven track record in leading teams with a focus on innovation and value-adds.
Ability to steer projects based on metrics and KPIs.
Strong stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Masters degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, etc.
Additional certifications (if any): PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Domain knowledge in ADAS technologies.
Exposure to international projects and global stakeholder management.
Experience with Daimler systems.
