*This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for direct revenue conversion .
*Providing counseling to all walk-ins viz students/ parents .
*Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates. *Assisting the prospective customers to choose the right program and helping them in the registration process. This involves follow up calls to the visited candidates
*Ensure maintaining the business targets and other front office compliance.
*Ensure that Centre targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization .
*Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target.
*Involves outbound calls for support walk-in generation
*Demonstrated strategic ability
*Excellent oral and written communication
*High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
*Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels
*Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face)
*Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers
*Strong on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
