Senior Production Manager

Senior Manager Production Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Plan, direct, and oversee production operations to achieve output, cost, and delivery targets.
2. Develop and implement production strategies aligned with organizational goals.
3. Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, IATF, customer-specific) across all processes.
4. Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
5. Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials for maximum efficiency.
6. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for seamless operations.
7. Enforce safety, health, and environmental standards across the shop floor.
8. Monitor key performance indicators (OEE, yield, rejection, cost per unit) and report to management.
9. Mentor and develop production managers, engineers, and supervisors for future leadership roles.

10. Lead capacity expansion, automation, and technology upgradation projects to support business growth.
