Fluency in Auto cad with chemical industry experience. Piping details and P&ID preparation. Rotary equipment selection, erection & commissioning. Static equipment erection and Commissioning. Detailed Spec preparation for pump, vales, pipe and pipe fittings BO, RFQ. Preparing PERT chart for projects and adhering timelines. schedule preparation in Primavera P6 Developing comprehensive understanding on basics of engineering/ P& ID in aspects of critical/ presenting in details Scheduling activates, arranging 3M in all respect. Layout and follow up the sequence at site Prepare and communicate MIS on weekly monthly. Developing methods statement for equipment erection/commissioning. Working closely with Process teams for implementation of SOP for new processes and optimization of existing processes. Chemical/ process industry project site execution experience QAP preparation and implementing Client company : Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd
