Senior Production Manager

As a Shop Floor Manager, your role will involve: - Shop Floor Management, including maintaining a safe and efficient workplace environment - Manpower Planning to ensure a proper ratio of trained and untrained employees - Improving First Test Failure (FTF) at different stages of production - Collecting and analyzing rejection data to identify areas for improvement - Training new operators and preparing skill matrices for operators - Ensuring inventory control on the shop floor - Monitoring and achieving company quality standards for internal and external customer satisfaction - Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieving targets - Driving performance of team members through direction and feedback - Maintaining safe working practices and adherence to "Standard Operations" - Motivating the team to foster a high-performance culture with a focus on improvement suggestions - Coordinating with support functions for production planning and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery within quality specifications - Communicating effectively with teams through visual management, shift briefings, and idea gathering for continuous improvement In addition, you should have expertise in module production with a minimum of 15 years of experience.,
