Job Description

Develop user requirements and translate them into product solutions that satisfy customers needs.

Prioritize and manage the product backlog
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of strategies within the lifecycle of existing products.
Manage and enhance product quality, ensure ease of use, and continually evaluate product performance to improve functionality and delivery.
Involved in strategic planning and contributes to the long-term vision and roadmap of the product.
Monitor industry trends and competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Mentors and supports junior Product Owners, providing guidance and ensuring alignment.
May be required to support additional products/brands as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to take risks and embrace a culture of learning.
Team player mentality with a customer-focused attitude.
Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Hands-on knowledge of various IDEs, programming languages, CI/CD platforms, etc. is a plus.
Prior experience as a software developer is a plus.
