About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the

  SCRUM Product Owner

  , leading engineering teams in building and releasing new product features.
• Own and manage the

  product roadmap, backlog, and sprint planning

  to align with business priorities.
• Translate inputs from the US Product Management team into user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
• Drive

  backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

  , ensuring continuous improvement.
• Define release goals, track delivery metrics, and ensure release readiness.
• Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth execution.
• Support documentation, training materials, and internal product knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to information security standards.
  

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a

  Product Owner / Product Manager

  in a software product environment.
• Expertise in

  roadmap ownership, backlog management, story refinement, and sprint ceremonies

  .
• Proficient with Agile tools such as

  JIRA

  for backlog and sprint tracking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Quick learner with capability to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with dependency management across multiple teams.

• Good at leveraging AI tools for research, analysis, and product innovation.

• Experience working on CRM platforms or in a product development organization is a strong plus.
