Job Description

FranConnect is seeking a Senior MicroStrategy Developer to join our team in Noida. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards using the MicroStrategy BI toolset. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, BI solution design, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Location: Noida, India | Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) Key Responsibilities: Design and develop reports and dashboards to enhance FranConnect applications Analyze the impact of schema and data model changes, and conduct related research Provide design recommendations leveraging deep MicroStrategy expertise Meet project timelines and deliverables as per defined schedules Monitor and improve system performance; optimize queries and reports for efficiency Recommend improvements or replacements for existing reporting solutions Support and train team members through knowledge sharing and one-on-one guidance Respond promptly to support issues and ensure resolution in a timely manner Requirements: Proficiency in SQL Experience working within Agile development environments Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic setting Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and active listening
