Job Description

Demonstrate high ownership for central tools and systems, delivering the roadmap, driving adoption across teams and generating impact
Collaborate with cross-functional members, including game and UX designers, developers, artists, to implement features with complex dependencies
Enable faster, more reliable event execution by building central management systems and central live ops events
Drive engineering initiatives which help improve new game development velocity & simplify engineering architecture and systems
Balance business impact with execution realities focus on implementation excellence rather than pure ideation.
Track adoption, define success metrics, and continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in gaming or consumer-tech.
Experience in
building and scaling cross-functional central tools
Proven track record of
cross-functional program management
with multiple stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
Experience in
backend/infrastructure initiatives
and technical product ownership.
Passion for gaming, with knowledge of F2P mechanics such as leaderboards, progression, and live ops events.
Bias for action and execution ability to deliver high-quality systems that scale.
