Job Description

Location:We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Engineer to lead the design and development of both new and existing products. As a pivotal member of our engineering team, you should possess strong analytical and design skills, a profound understanding of software design principles, and advanced problem-solving capabilities. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our customers with outstanding product solutions consistently.

Development and Maintenance: Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using React, and CSS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Performance Optimization: Optimize web performance by improving core web vitals, including Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), First Input Delay (FID), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS)
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, product management, and back-end developers to define, design, and implement new features.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, code quality, and consistency across projects.
Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development and performance optimization.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies including ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of core web vitals and techniques for performance improvement.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proven experience in team leadership and management, with the ability to mentor developers and drive successful project outcomes.
