Purpose:

As a Senior Manager - Process & New product development of Cell Module prismatic & Cylindrical) and HV/LV Pack line. Taking care of Process Engineering Department.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• New program development along with CFT
• Line readiness, recipe creation, tooling development related to line
• Responsible for in process related FTT.
• Review and implement Process documentation- PFD/PFMEA, Control plan, operating SOP.
• Manufacturing feasibility of new products.
• Coordinate with AMs for projects updates on timely manners
• Prepare Specification and develop new equipment for existing and new products launch.
• Ensure new products are meeting line run rate.
• Preparation of Monthly and Annual budgets for PE and taking improvement projects
• New supplier finalisation for tooling developments
• Prepare product costing based on the requirements

Mandatory Skills:

• Candidate should have knowledge of assembly lines
• Experience in line development, tooling & fixture development.
• Sound knowledge of APQP/PPAP/ PFEMA/ Control plan, Process documentation & Product life cycle
• Sound knowledge of Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Process & VSM
• Manpower management

• Risk Management

Desired Skills:

• Working experience of Electronics part assembly line
• Working experience on Laser welding, Spot welding, leak testing & EOL testing

• Working experience of Wire bonding & Resistance welding

• Strategic thinking

Education:

B.Tech with 10-20 years exp as Process Engineering
