Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd., with 7-10 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make informed decisions.
Implement change management strategies to ensure successful process changes.
Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of process management principles and methodologies.
