Senior Process Associate

We are looking for Senior Process Associate to be an efficient team player to carry out following tasks with a London (UK) based property management company. 1. Assisting MD with Diarising Appointments, Dictation, Drafting emails ready for approval, Managing MD’s Linked In 2. Liaising with UK team via Zoom / Teams and email – managing workload for Voice and Non-Voice Agent 3. Social Media 4. Data Entry and Managing Pipelines 5. Invoicing via Xero 6. General Marketing Activities for the business 7. Lead Generation including - Mail Out Campaigns, Canvassing, Site finding and client finding 8. Managing Whatsapp Group Necessary trainings shall be given by the company.
