Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US customers.
• Provide information and promote relevant home services.
• Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and internal systems.

Who Can Apply

Freshers:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident to handle US customers over the phone.

Experienced Professionals:

• 6 months–3 years of experience in International Voice / BPO / Sales Process preferred.
• Strong persuasion and customer handling skills.
• Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs.
