Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate calendars using

  Outlook / Google Calendar

  , ensuring accurate scheduling and timely updates.
• Handle incoming communications, including

  emails, faxes, and referrals

• Maintain accurate records and perform

  data entry

• Communicate professionally and empathetically with

• Support day-to-day administrative operations while adhering to clinic workflows and processes.
• Ensure compliance with

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Proficiency

• Strong working knowledge of

  MS Office tools

  calendar management

  (Outlook / Google Calendar).
