Senior Process Analyst

The Process Analyst role encompasses various key focus areas including client billing analysis, finance and audit analysis, accounts receivable, and client communication. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire necessary resources such as staff, equipment, and facilities to meet process deliverables effectively. It is essential to prepare comprehensive documentation and communication to keep stakeholders informed about process deliverables and their current status. Maintaining a strong partner relationship is crucial to ensure that Ensono's best interests are represented and that communications are coordinated effectively. Your role will require deep analytical skills to review detailed data such as invoices, maintenance contracts, and finance information, and to summarize this data into meaningful reports. You will be responsible for establishing plans and driving projects focused on profitability and process improvement efforts. Additionally, you will work on enhancing the current performance reporting system and designing new reports to track key performance metrics. While this position does not have direct reports, you may be involved in mentoring less experienced associates in the role. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD without specific experience, or equivalent work experience. Preferred qualifications may include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Computer Science/Accounting or 15 years of work experience, high-level knowledge of Ensono products/services, excellent oral and written communication skills, project management skills (PMP certified), negotiation skills, and a financial accounting background encompassing rate setting, budgeting, forecasting, reconcilement, and expense-to-revenue analysis.
