Job Summary
Collins Aerospace is seeking an SAP Release & Change Management to play a critical role in governing and executing release and change processes across our SAP landscape. This position focuses on ensuring smooth deployment of SAP transports, maintaining compliance with audit standards, and supporting tools such as Solution Manager ChaRM and SAP Cloud ALM. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in SAP transport and landscape management, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams to enable stable and secure SAP operations.

Responsibilities
Execute and coordinate SAP Release and Change Management activities across multiple landscapes.
Manage and monitor SAP transports using CTS, CTS+, and STMS.
Administer and support ChaRM in SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Cloud ALM.
Align release schedules with project requirements and business priorities.
Support system refresh planning and N+1/N+2 landscape synchronization.
Assist in the deployment of releases ranging from major projects to urgent changes.
Ensure compliance with Audit and Security standards for SAP change processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve release-related conflicts in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
Provide reporting and metrics on release status and change governance.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement of SAP release and change practices.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor s degree with 10+ years of SAP experience
Strong experience in SAP transport management (CTS, CTS+, STMS).
Hands-on expertise with ChaRM in Solution Manager and/or SAP Cloud ALM.
Familiarity with ITIL practices, especially Change and Release Management.
Experience working in complex SAP landscapes, coordinating release schedules.
Exposure to external & Internal compliance and audit requirements for SAP changes.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM workflows.
Exposure to Tricentis testing tools.
Experience with SAP and familiarity with Unix and DB administration is a plus.
