Responsibilities

• Project Manager with experience on SAP S/4HANA Finance RTR.
• Should be with at least 5-7 full life cycle SAP implementation for ECC and S4 HANA. Must have done at least 3 SAP FICO S4HANA implementations.
• SAP RTR experience is a must
• Support testing UAT Test Scenarios, Test Cases
• Support business with training.
• Update RTR, FP&A SOPs for any changes
• Around 10 years of SAP R2R experience with at least 4-5 full life cycle SAP implementation.
• Should have SAP FICO experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA systems
• As the SAP Transition Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the seamless migration from our current ERP system. Will be leading a team of professionals and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure a successful transition within established timelines and budgetary constraints. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems, project management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Project Planning and Strategy: Develop a comprehensive transition plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of SAP consultants, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to execute the transition plan effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and address concerns throughout the transition process.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of SAP across the organization.
• Quality Assurance: Establish quality control processes to monitor data integrity, system performance, and overall project success.
• Training and Support: Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to facilitate a successful transition to SAP.
• Vendor Management: Interface with external vendors and service providers to leverage their expertise and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve project goals within financial constraints.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, milestones, and outcomes. Generate regular reports for executive leadership and project stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements post-transition, driving ongoing improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Education

  : Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Experience

  : Experience in SAP MDG or a similar role focusing on material master data management.

• Skills

  : Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in SAP MDG configuration. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various teams

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
