Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle WMS Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management systems, hands-on implementation experience, and a solid understanding of inventory processes and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in 34 full-cycle Oracle WMS Cloud implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide expert guidance on Oracle WMS Cloud functionalities, configuration, and best practices to project teams and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design effective WMS solutions.
Develop, customize, and optimize warehouse workflows and business rules within Oracle WMS Cloud.
Support integration efforts between Oracle WMS Cloud and other enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into warehouse operations and performance.
Train end-users and stakeholders on Oracle WMS Cloud processes and features.

Required Experience & Skills

6–9 years of hands-on experience with Oracle WMS Cloud.
Proven track record of 3–4 key Oracle WMS Cloud implementation projects.
Solid understanding of inventory management concepts and processes (preferred).
Experience in report building and dashboard creation using Oracle WMS Cloud or related tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
