Role Overview

As a

Senior Presales Specialist,

you will work closely with the sales, delivery, and solutioning teams to develop and present tailored IT solutions. Your role involves understanding client requirements, designing solution architectures, and enabling successful customer engagements across Metayb’s core service lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to understand client needs and recommend the right technical solutions.
  • Lead the creation of solution proposals, including RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and effort estimates.
  • Deliver impactful demos and proof-of-concept sessions across application development, data analytics, and infrastructure solutions.
  • Create technical documentation, solution briefs, and presales assets aligned with Metayb’s capabilities.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and contribute to solution design for complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Coach and support team members in presales and solutioning best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within IT services or software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT service offerings – application development, data engineering, analytics, cloud, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to convey complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
  • Experience in preparing technical proposals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and time management abilities.
