About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior PPC Expert to take ownership of our paid marketing campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management—from strategy and execution to performance monitoring and optimization. This role requires a data-driven professional who can maximize ROI, generate quality leads, and contribute to our overall digital growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms with complete accountability.
• Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management: forecasting, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and optimization.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement optimization strategies to drive better results.
• Perform competitor analysis and design effective strategies to stay ahead in the digital space.
• Continuously optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Regularly monitor campaign performance and implement changes for maximum ROI.
• Analyze trends and insights to optimize budget allocation and campaign outcomes.
• Track, measure, and prepare detailed performance reports against set goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
• Google Ads Certification will be considered an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience ( 3–4 years) in PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) in the international US market.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and tracking tools.
• Hands-on expertise in keyword research, A/B testing, bid management, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable working in the night shift (US shift).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sector 62, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• PPC Campaign Management: 3 years (Required)
• Google AdWords: 3 years (Required)
