Senior Portfolio & Treasury Manager | Family Office - KPO- Noida

Role Summary

• Lead end-to-end portfolio management across

  equity, debt, PMS, AIFs, mutual funds, structured products, and real estate

  .
• Formulate, review, and execute

  asset allocation strategies

  to optimize returns and risk-adjusted performance.
• Conduct

  performance benchmarking

  , manage drawdowns, and lead

  strategic rebalancing decisions

• Evaluate and execute

  new investment opportunities

  both domestic and offshorealigned with family objectives.
• Oversee

  ODI/overseas investments

  ensuring all compliance and reporting obligations are met.

2. Treasury Management & Liquidity Planning

• Manage

  treasury operations

  including liquidity optimization, inter-entity fund flow, and yield maximization.
• Formulate and monitor

  FX and interest rate risk management

  strategies using forwards, options, and swaps.
• Oversee

  banking relationships

  , credit lines, and derivative exposure, ensuring efficient capital deployment.

3. Market Research & AI-Driven Analytics

• Integrate

  AI-based research tools

  (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, Power BI, Quant and Trend platforms) for real-time insights and predictive modeling.
• Track

  global macro trends, interest rate cycles, and market sentiment

  to drive tactical calls.
• Build automated

  dashboards and reporting systems

  to streamline portfolio review and performance tracking.

4. Stakeholder & Advisor Collaboration

• Liaise with

  fund managers, wealth advisors, AMCs, bankers, and external consultants

  .
• Evaluate fund proposals and investment pitches with quantitative and qualitative due diligence.
• Lead

  monthly and quarterly investment reviews

  with promoters and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

5. Real Estate & Alternate Investments

• Lead evaluation and execution of

  real estate transactions

  , including commercial and strategic assets.
• Oversee

  due diligence, valuations, and asset monitoring

  in coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Assess and manage

  alternative investments (AIFs, PE, VC funds, structured notes)

  with a focus on returns and risk containment.

6. Reporting, Audit & Governance

• Supervise

  comprehensive MIS and performance reports

  covering ROI, IRR, capital gains, and risk exposure.
• Maintain detailed tracking of

  income streams, capital movements, and mark-to-market values

• Ensure compliance with

  SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and taxation regulations

  applicable to the family offices investments.
• Conduct

  periodic internal audits

  to validate portfolio integrity and reporting accuracy.

Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of experience

  in

  portfolio management, family office, private banking, or investment advisory

  , with

  minimum 150 Cr+ AUM managed directly

  .
• Proven ability to design and execute

  multi-asset investment strategies

  across geographies and market cycles.
• Strong understanding of

  treasury operations, FX, derivatives, and cash management systems

  .
• Proficient in

  investment analytics and portfolio management platforms

  (MProfit, Moneycontrol, ValueResearch, etc.).
• Skilled with

  data analytics and automation tools

  such as Power BI, Excel VBA, Tableau, or Python-based dashboards.
• Familiarity with

  global macroeconomics, cross-border investments, and regulatory frameworks

• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial data.
