Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
for business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare and review
financial statements
ensuring compliance with
IND AS / IFRS
and statutory requirements.
Drive
monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Perform
cost analysis, margin analysis, and scenario modeling
to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for
business partnering and performance improvement
.
Implement
automation and analytics tools
(Excel, Power BI, SAP) to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience:
Minimum
5 years post-qualification
in FP&A, financial accounting, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
financial modeling and data interpretation
.
Hands-on experience with
SAP / ERP systems
and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
