Requirements Key Responsibilities Design & Build: Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant software applications. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, stakeholders, and fellow developers to craft user-centric solutions. End-to-End Ownership: Own the full delivery lifecycle - from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance. Client Engagement: Participate in client conversations to align technical decisions with business objectives. Clean Coding: Write clean, testable, maintainable code, balancing best practices with delivery needs. Lean Development: Rapidly build prototypes, MVPs, and production systems in agile, lean cycles. Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal learning sessions and represent the team at external tech conferences. Growth Mindset: Embrace continuous learning, mentorship, and feedback. Leadership: Lead with empathy, autonomy, and accountability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Requirements Must-Have Skills Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and software design principles. Hands-on experience in building distributed systems and managing production-grade projects. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React/Redux. Experience with dynamic backend languages (e.g., Ruby with Rails, Python with Django/Flask, PHP with Laravel). Familiarity with statically typed languages such as Java, Go, C++, or Rust. Solid understanding of RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL); ability to optimize queries and interpret query plans. Experience with build tools like Webpack, Parcel, Rollup, or esbuild. Working knowledge of Linux, SSH, and basic server administration. Exposure to Docker and, preferably, Kubernetes for container orchestration. Bonus Skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
