Senior Planning & Approvals Architect

As a Senior Planning & Approvals Architect (Freelance) at Hyperloop Consultancy Group, you will play a crucial role in leading architectural design, municipal approvals, and redevelopment projects in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai. You will have the opportunity to work on prime redevelopment & high-rise projects in the MMR region and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary in-house team comprising Architecture, Structure & Transaction Advisory professionals. Your engagement will be flexible and project-based, allowing you to work on projects that contribute to transforming urban landscapes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead architectural design, planning, and execution - Prepare & review municipal drawings for Commencement Certificate (CC) - Manage submissions, approvals, and compliance with NMMC / MCGM / CIDCO / SRA - Develop detailed drawings, reports, and presentations - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities - Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020 & local by-laws - Provide innovative, practical, and sustainable design solutions **Qualifications Required:** - COA Licensed Architect (mandatory) - B.Arch / M.Arch with 7+ years of professional experience - Strong expertise in CC drawings & municipal approval processes - Proven portfolio in redevelopment / high-rise / SRA projects - Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (or equivalent tools) - Strong knowledge of local authority procedures & by-laws - Independent, creative, and client-focused,
