Senior Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking candidates based in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai to join our team at The Propertist, a leading prop-tech company located in Chembur East, Mumbai, India. With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate advertising and marketing industry, we have a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Ideally, we are looking for individuals with experience in performance/paid marketing to be part of our digital team. The primary responsibilities will include planning and managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, strategizing campaigns to meet client goals, and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance and conversion. The desired candidate should possess strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms. Additionally, excellent knowledge of campaign analytics tools such as Google Analytics is required. Understanding campaign metrics like CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPA is essential, along with the ability to conduct A/B testing and keyword research to improve campaign effectiveness. Key responsibilities will include creating engaging and high-converting leads for campaigns, monitoring campaign performance across all platforms, analyzing key metrics, and implementing optimization strategies based on performance data. Regular reporting of campaign performance and providing insights to management will be crucial aspects of this role.
