Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance & Optimization Engineer to enhance the performance of

the Retail Wireless ecosystem, including business transactions and underlying technology

components. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in formulating KPIs, performance

measurement tools, and system optimization techniques across APIs, microservices, and cloud

platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis & KPI Formulation

• Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring system and business

performance.

• Develop techniques to formulate the right performance indicators for different business and

technology components.

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to continuously refine KPIs based on evolving

requirements.

Performance Measurement & Monitoring

• Analyze system performance, logs, data, and functional workflows to identify bottlenecks and

recommend improvements.

• Utilize Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Dynatrace, NewRelic, and

AppDynamics to track and optimize system performance.
