Description
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity within COO GDTO where you will be responsible for planning and monitoring the GDTO goals and targets through OKRs and KPIs. You will own the GDTO OKR Management Quarterly Cycle, including Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews, reporting to the Head Performance Management & Executive Office. You will become an integral part of the team actively monitoring and steering performance on KPIs, preparing quarterly management reports for Leadership Team, Executive Committee, and Board. This role offers direct exposure to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer and Divisional heads. Your responsibilities will include leading the Annual and Quarterly Business Review process of GDTO Must Wins, OKRs, and KPIs with GDTO Leadership Team, driving the roll out of the new OKR tool, preparing management reports for various stakeholders, owning Performance Management Processes, enhancing existing processes, and supporting with ad-hoc analysis and presentation delivery. The Performance Management and Executive Office team supports the Group Digital and Technology Leadership Team and is the main point of contact to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer, requiring strong leadership capabilities and regular communication with senior stakeholders. You should possess strategic vision, agility, excellent analytical and conceptual skills, ability to work independently and balance multiple deliverables, commitment to delivering high-quality end products within tight deadlines, proficient communication skills, and a doer mindset with a passion for innovation. Professional qualifications include a University Degree with at least 5 years of experience, curiosity and experience with digital and technology topics, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, understanding of OKRs and KPIs, experience in producing management reports, knowledge of Agile Methodology, and strong English communication skills.
