Senior Pega Manager

Job Title :

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Pega development teams in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Pega-related projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
• Oversee the development of Pega applications, including case management, decision management, and robotics automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure high-quality delivery of Pega projects, meeting business requirements and timelines
• Develop and implement Pega-related strategies, standards, and best practices
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, enhancing their Pega skills and knowledge
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with Pega governance and regulatory requirements
  

Required Skills

• Technical Skills :
• Pega PRPC (7.x, 8.x) and Pega Cloud
• Pega Case Management, Decision Management, and Robotics Automation
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, rules, and data modeling
• Experience with Pega implementation methodologies (e.g., Pega Agile Delivery Methodology)
• Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, web services)

• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
  

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Pega development, with at least 5 years of experience in lead or managerial roles
• Proven experience in leading Pega projects and teams
• Strong understanding of Pega best practices and industry trends
  

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  

Certifications

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) or higher certifications are desirable.
