Senior Payroll Analyst

In this role at Emerson, you will be responsible for overseeing year-end activities such as Investment Declaration and Proof submissions, Form-16 issuance, Quarterly TDS filing, and perk processing. Your role will involve ensuring clear communication of timelines and expectations to all customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with Business Units to maintain data integrity by providing guidance and support for resolving data discrepancies. For this role, you will need to have intermediate/advanced Excel skills including Excel formulae, Macros, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, as well as PowerPoint skills. Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality maintenance, strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required. You should be able to work collaboratively in a project team, multitask, evaluate high priorities, and deliver quality performance under pressure. Preferred qualifications that set you apart include a Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
