Job Description

As a Partner Programs Lead at MongoDB, you will be joining the AWS Partner team to drive business growth with AWS in EMEA. Your role will involve owning multiple GTM workstreams with AWS, focusing on developing strategies to drive incremental pipeline, increase sales productivity, improve co-sell execution, and launch new sales plays. **Responsibilities:** - Build and execute global GTM programs with AWS Cloud, reporting directly to the Director of Partner Programs - Collaborate with internal teams to launch new solutions, initiatives, and sales plays with AWS Cloud - Own partner new business quota & pipeline creation for Atlas deals influenced by AWS Cloud sales teams - Drive enablement and field alignment activities to increase MongoDB Atlas co-sell revenue with AWS Cloud - Manage day-to-day operations of AWS Cloud Marketplaces and initiate new initiatives to enhance channel effectiveness - Deliver business reviews to senior sales and partner leaders at MongoDB and AWS Cloud - Collaborate with the extended Partner team for backup and support **Requirements:** - Business acumen in driving emerging/disruptive technologies - End-to-end negotiation experience in successful partnerships - Strong written and verbal communication skills for group leadership and executive presentations - Ability to assess technical and commercial feasibility for partners and MongoDB - 3-5 years experience in direct sales or partner/channel roles with an Enterprise Software company - Program management skills preferred - Knowledge of generating pipeline and selling in the Cloud/Database/IaaS space - Experience in a heavy sales matrix model preferred - Previous work experience with AWS/GCP is a plus - Technical knowledge in enterprise software and cloud computing **Additional Information:** MongoDB is dedicated to fostering a supportive and enriching culture for all employees, offering employee affinity groups, fertility assistance, and a generous parental leave policy to support their personal and professional growth.
