Must have experience of 4 or more life cycle implementations or support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design A strong understanding of best practices across different HR business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and related application functionalities. Must have experience working on all phases of the project client demos/ workshops, Requirement gathering, analysis/ design, configuration, conducting CRPs, validate, transition, testing & UAT, cut over, go-live and support. Good communication skills and prior experience on client facing roles. Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes Candidate has to be strong in any one of the following skill sets: Oracle-OTL & Absence: implementations ,OTL ,Absence ,HCM, Oracle, implementations ,Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Time and Labor.
