Qualifications

• Lead operational planning for corporate, social, and large-scale events from concept to completion.

• Coordinate with sales, creative, and production teams to ensure smooth event execution.

• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning

• Problem-solving and logistical coordination skills

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is an advantage

• Prior experience in the events industry, particularly in large scale events and MICE sector

• Operations Management, Team Management, and Budgeting skills

• Proven experience in managing Conferences, Awards Night Theme dinner etc.

• Experience in MANAGING & EXECUTIVE EVENTS with minimum experience of

  5 Years or More
