Senior Operations Head

Position details Department Operations Industry Agriculture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry Location Punjab Roles and Responsibilities Manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues on farms within the assigned zone based on inputs from the central Operations Team such as device/gateway replacement, technical troubleshooting etc. Provide accurate on-ground insights and feedback from farms to improve system performance, customer service and customer satisfaction. Guide customers on how the livestock monitoring system works and what inputs are required from them for best results. Maintain accurate farm performance records and assist in data reporting using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Act as the key point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support. Demonstrate leadership while handling difficult situations on ground and maintaining professional customer relationships. Requirements Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience. Qualifications Minimum educational qualification: Graduate Soft Skills Strong understanding of the cow estrous cycle and dairy farm operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written). Must show leadership qualities, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to travel regularly to farm locations within the assigned zone. Flexibility to work on weekends and outside regular office hours when required. Additional Information Complementary off days will be provided for weekend/off-hour work. Travel and other expenses will be reimbursed as per the company s established policy. This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual who enjoys fieldwork and building strong on-ground relationships. The candidate should have an android phone for managing the installation and service related work on farm.
