Senior Operations Executive

Role Overview: You will join Cardiac Rhythm as an Operations Executive based in Chennai. Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales and clinical technician teams in delivering excellent service to customers. You should be detail-oriented, proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Access), and have strong follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the field team to manage customer relationships effectively - Support the sales team by coordinating meeting schedules and follow-ups - Manage sales orders and ensure timely service by the servicing team - Maintain trackability of the company's assets - Assist in invoicing and collections - Address customer support queries - Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams for smooth operations Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of relevant experience - Previous experience in sales support or operations support in medical devices or Pharma industry preferred - Proficiency in operations planning, reporting, follow-ups, invoicing, collections, and diplomacy - Any graduate can apply for this position Additional Company Details: N/A,
