We’re looking for a Senior Operations Associate from a top-tier academic background (IIT / IIM) to join our growing team and help scale operations with precision and impact.

About the Role

As a Senior Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while leading and mentoring a team of 4–5 associates. This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to drive continuous process improvements in a dynamic, high-growth setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Operations Associates, ensuring smooth execution of daily operational activities
• Own and oversee complex operational processes; identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency-driven solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and Tech to ensure seamless service delivery
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs while ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations
• Track key operational metrics and present insights and performance reports to leadership
• Coach, mentor, and provide continuous feedback to team members to build accountability and high performance
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, process automation, and technology adoption projects

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in fast-paced or complex environments
• Mandatory prior experience in team management or supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex workflows with high attention to detail
• Startup or high-growth company experience is a strong plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and project management tools
• Educational background from IITs / IIMs preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
