Job Description

As an Operational Manager for our restaurant and microbrewery operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily functioning of the establishment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving overall business growth. Your passion for the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards will be essential in this dynamic role. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and managing all areas of the restaurant, making final decisions on important matters, and adhering to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs. You will enforce sanitary practices for food handling, maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness, and ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and state/local laws. In addition, you will be responsible for estimating food and beverage costs, working with the Head Chef and store manager for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies, and supervising portion control to minimize waste. Your role will also involve ensuring a positive guest service experience, maintaining a safe working and guest environment, and managing shifts while upholding standards and cleanliness. You will provide direction to employees, interview hourly employees, and oversee hiring, supervision, development, and, if necessary, termination of employees. Community involvement and maintaining a favorable working relationship with all company employees will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and outgoing personality. Your ability to motivate employees, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and coordinate daily restaurant activities will be critical. Effective communication skills and the ability to determine the applicability of job applicants" experience and qualifications are also key requirements. You will be expected to keep the Managing Partner informed of all issues, maintain a positive working relationship with all company employees, and perform other duties as required. The working conditions may vary, and the typical workweek may involve 72 hours, with the ability to perform all functions at the restaurant level. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from 45,000.00 to 60,000.00. The benefits include food provided, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The ability to commute or relocate to Wardha road, Nagpur, Maharashtra, is required for this in-person role.,
