Skill Set

• Strong knowledge of Production, Manufacturing, Operations processes, and system development
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites within a defined region
• Understanding of ERP/SAP/CRM systems
• Familiarity with operational excellence tools like 5S, Lean, Six Sigma

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and deliver tailored operational solutions
• Identify process gaps and implement effective improvements
• Develop and share project plans and monthly review sheets with clients
• Coordinate across all organizational levels to ensure project delivery
• Implement operational methodologies such as 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma
• Design, update, and implement documentation including SOPs, process flows, and skill matrices
• Structure and implement effective reporting systems on the shop floor
• Evaluate and implement software solutions (ERP/SAP/CRM) based on client needs
• Assist the Principal Consultant in driving successful project execution
• Mentor and guide junior team members to meet project timelines
