Senior Operation Consultant

Designation : Senior Operations Consultant

Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, Operations, Process, or Consulting

- Diploma, BE, BTech, MBA, or any Bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of Production/Manufacturing/Operations/Processes and Systems Development is essential

Key Skills:

- Problem-solving and excellent communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office functions

- Willingness to travel to client sites within a defined area

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identify client requirements and find optimal solutions

2. Analyze gaps in ongoing processes and implement alternative solutions

3. Create and share project plans and review sheets with clients monthly

4. Coordinate with top management to bottom-level employees to meet project deadlines

5. Implement operation methodologies (5S, Six Sigma, Lean) to achieve operational excellence

6. Develop, update, and implement documentation, SOPs, process flows, and skills matrices

7. Design and implement report structures and formats for shop floor use

8. Evaluate and implement software solutions (ERP, SAP, CRM)

9. Assist Principal Consultants in running projects successfully

10. Guide junior teams to complete project work on time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
