Senior Officer, Specialist, Business Development - Consumer Lending, Consumer Banking Group

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager in the Consumer Banking Group at DBS, your primary responsibility will be to recruit and train manpower for the Consumer LAP business. You will be instrumental in driving productivity from the Direct Sales Teams (DSTs) and ensuring the growth of the Consumer LAP business through branch banking channels. Additionally, you will focus on cross-selling to existing customers and introducing new customers to other bank products. Managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the assigned branches will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and train manpower for the Consumer LAP business - Support and drive productivity from the DSTs - Conduct catchment mapping and marketing activities - Achieve Annual Operating Plan targets for DSTs and branches - Ensure profitability and portfolio quality of the Consumer LAP business Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience in sourcing Business Loans, Loan against Property, or MSME business - 3-5 years of experience in team management - Graduation or Post Graduation - Proven sales and business development skills - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development - Proficiency in relationship management, strategy development, and resource allocation - Sound banking knowledge and digital skills - Good market network and a team player with self-motivation Company Details: DBS, as the leading bank in Asia, is dedicated to helping customers achieve their dreams and aspirations.
