Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Officer to join our team in Mumbai, responsible for managing customer relationships and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility
Establish relationships with registered users and understand their requirements.
Resolve client queries and provide regular updates to clients.
Connect with clients to introduce new products and services.
Track query resolutions and maintain accurate records.
Introduce calls for new customers and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
Generate referrals from existing users to expand the platform''s user base.

Job
Good communication skills and fluency in English verbal and written communication.
Graduate in any stream with relevant customer service management experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in CRM and wealth management is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
