Senior Officer, Relationship Manager-Loan Against Property, Consumer Banking Group

The Mortgage Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the Mortgage business within their territory. As the Mortgage Specialist, you are responsible for managing the P&L Account to deliver top line and bottom line results in alignment with the organization's objectives. Your primary focus will be on increasing Mortgage volumes and ensuring proper documentation. Your key responsibilities include creating and executing a Sales Budget and Plan, managing Customer Retention strategies, overseeing Recruitment and Product Training activities, and ensuring compliance with Company Operating Procedures. You will be involved in various aspects such as Portfolio monitoring, Project Approval, Legal, Technical, PDD, Referral Billing, vendor management, and sales Manager Incentives. In this role, you will be tasked with acquiring customers for Home Loans from the open market, Branch network, Channel partners, and Builder relationships. Building and nurturing relationships with the builder community based on projects and expansion plans will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will be required to develop strategic plans for business growth, diversify revenue streams with different product offerings, and effectively manage portfolios, PDD, collections, Customer service, and Vendor relationships. Guiding customers through the Home Loan application process, explaining product features, terms, and conditions clearly, and ensuring adherence to KYC guidelines are essential aspects of your role. Ensuring timely completion of documentation, processing disbursements efficiently, and providing excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels are critical components of this position. Your ability to handle customer inquiries, address their needs promptly, and ensure a smooth loan application process will contribute significantly to the success of the Mortgage business in your territory.,
