The role requires you to take charge of generating and steering Working Capital Business and Portfolio Management activities through Branches and other Channels. Your primary responsibilities include strategic planning aligned with the department's business objectives, functional tasks such as generating business, reviewing application documents, coordinating with Credit Sanction Department, ensuring disbursement, monitoring portfolios, visiting customers, obtaining stock statements, and managing account renewals. Internally, you will be responsible for monitoring processes to maintain Service Level Agreements and Turnaround time, preparing accurate reports for management and statutory bodies, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and statutory guidelines, and fostering the team's professional development and compliance standards. Additionally, you will identify training needs and ensure completion of mandatory training programs for yourself. You may also be assigned other responsibilities as standalone projects or regular tasks, which will be reflected in your primary responsibilities following agreement between you, your reporting officer, and HR. Key interfaces for this role include internal stakeholders like Cluster Head - MSME, Head - Branch Banking, Head Retail Assets, and MIS Department, as well as external interfaces such as Auditors, External Consultants, and Customers.,

Responsibilities: Should be dealing / interacting with top notch officials of Banks / Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFCs) / Financial Institutions (FIs) for pitching the products / services. Will be working with Banks / NBFCs / FIs for various loan categories such as Agricultural Loan (including KCC), MSME, Mudra, Home Loan, Personal Loan & Retail Loans. Explain the benefits of the product / services right from receiving the loan applications, for both Agri & LAP (Loan Against Property) till the sanction / disbursement of loans. Contacting / approaching potential clients in the Banking / Financial Industry to establish rapport and arrange meetings/demos. Follow-up with the clients post meeting / demo, either online, personal visit and through calls. Drive the clients to conduct POC (Proof Of Concept) before engaging on commercials. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive commercials and close the sales. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to expand the client base. Creating pitch decks and marketing/sales collaterals. Periodically engage with the clients post sales for getting feedback and suggesting additional services as per their need. Candidate Profile Must be willing to travel extensively Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Well versed with key processes involved with the Loan Disbursement / Sanctioning System including working of Loan Origination System (LOS), checks required for authenticating the applicants credentials, In-Principal Approval, Title Search Report (TSR), Valuation, & Post Disbursement Documentation / Compliances Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solutions through products or services Great networking skills Resourceful, with outstanding research skills Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior
