Logging of Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in the database (TrackWise).
Acknowledge the complaints to the complainants.
Providing the response letter to the complainant.
Reconciliation of received market complaints.
Review of Product Quality Complaint Investigation Reports (India Market).
Coordinate with other stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process.
