Role Overview: As a Senior Officer in the Corporate Quality Compliance function with a focus on Complaints in Vadodara, your main responsibilities will include logging Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in the database (TrackWise), acknowledging complaints to the complainants, providing response letters, reconciling received market complaints, reviewing Product Quality Complaint Investigation Reports for the India Market, and coordinating with other stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process.
